Tad Lent grew up in the residential construction business in Southern California.
Tad's Grandpa, Uncle and Dad, built many thousands of homes from Santa Barbara to San Diego. After school, every summer and on breaks, Tad would ask to come along and help on the family's many various construction projects and developments.
It was a natural fit for Tad. He took to construction like a fish to water, working hard and learning the wisdom of the trades.
Upon graduating from San Diego State University the next step for Tad was to start building and developing on his own.
That was 20 + years ago.
Since then Tad has built a variety of amazing projects and become friends with many happy and satisfied clients.
